Introduction

Welcome to ZC888 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). ZC888 is an English-language online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, slots and instant games. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ZC888 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform ("User", "you" or "your").

By creating an account or placing a wager on ZC888, you represent that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this document unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ZC888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. ZC888 strictly prohibits access to minors. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts for any reason — including to obtain additional bonus funds — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Own Funds: You must wager only your own funds. You must not use funds obtained through credit cards or loans for gambling without ensuring repayment capacity.
5. Not Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement, whether through ZC888 or any applicable responsible gambling scheme.
6. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members associated with ZC888 operations are not eligible to hold player accounts.

Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on ZC888, you agree to provide accurate, truthful and complete information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

ZC888 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable AML obligations. You agree to provide verification documents as requested, which may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months);
• A selfie or liveness verification image as prompted during the verification flow;
• Source of funds documentation in cases of high-value transactions or where required by AML controls.

All documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official, HTTPS-encrypted verification portal. Never submit sensitive identification documents via unsecured email, social media, chat applications or any channel outside the secure verification flow.

ZC888 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension until verification is satisfied.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on ZC888. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within each relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Minimum/Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event and per account as determined by ZC888. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted or valid until a confirmation reference is generated and displayed on-screen. Any technical failure before confirmation means no valid bet has been placed.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure or incorrect odds arising from human or system error, ZC888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Malfunction voids all pays and play" applies where the Platform systems are at fault.
• Manifest Errors: ZC888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under terms that represent a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. Stakes will be returned in such cases.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds update in real time. ZC888 accepts no liability for delays in the live data feed that may result in a bet being accepted after the relevant event moment has passed. Such bets may be voided at ZC888's discretion.
• Game Outcomes: Casino and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Outcomes are not influenced by previous results. RTP figures shown are theoretical and calculated over millions of rounds.
• Cricket & Sports Context: References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20, and ICC tournaments are for sports-context purposes only. ZC888 is not an official partner of PCB, PSL, ICC or any team, franchise or governing body.

Bonuses & Promotions

ZC888 may offer various bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the Promotion is offered, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ZC888 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Opening more than one Account or accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script or algorithm to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors or system glitches for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players or coordinating bets to manipulate game or event outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to self-exclusion, whether voluntarily applied or operator-imposed;
• Using funds derived from criminal activity of any kind to fund your Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions or any activity designed to circumvent AML controls;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute legitimate transactions made to ZC888;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

ZC888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold any balance pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ZC888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZC888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from ZC888.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZC888 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind;
• Loss or damage arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunction or third-party service outages beyond ZC888's reasonable control;
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of accessing the Platform, whether or not in breach of applicable local law;
• Reliance on any information or content published on the Platform that does not constitute guaranteed advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ZC888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

ZC888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income;
• You will use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion — where appropriate;
• You will not gamble while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that impairs your judgment;
• You will seek help if you believe your gambling is causing harm.

ZC888 provides voluntary self-exclusion tools that allow you to suspend or close your Account for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Termination

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its applicable operating licence. ZC888 does not claim to operate under Pakistan law or to be subject to Pakistani regulatory jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and ZC888 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform:

1. You should first contact ZC888 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution;
2. ZC888 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and respond substantively within 14 business days;
3. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may be entitled to escalate to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable operating licence, where available.

ZC888 will not be liable for any failure to comply with these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, internet outages or third-party service failures.

Amendments to These Terms

ZC888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at zc888.cam/terms-conditions and will carry the date on which it was last updated.

Where changes are material, ZC888 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, by displaying a notice within the Platform or by email where a valid address is on record. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
